Ok here goes. This is what you would do for CS, might be the same for CS2. Find the "PrintSpt" folder on your hard drive (mine was under \library\application support\adobe). Copy the garble below into word. Save it as a text only file with a .mrk extension (for instance QuarkMarks.mrk). Copy this file into the PrintSpt folder. Now, when you print in InDesign, on the Marks and Bleed pane, Select QuarkMarks from the pull down menu under Type (on the right side of the marks section).
Viola.
Copy the stuff below, the first line with //pgmk... should be the first line of the file.
