@Miles Dudley I doubt that Clinton actively intended to advance Russian military capabilities with this program, it just shows her general incompetence and poor judgement. Like with all of her email issues, the story revolves around her unwillingness (or inability) to make good decisions based on what is best for the nation, instead of how she can personally profit from her actions. At least Trump is advocating putting US interests first, not trying to sing a global Kum Ba Yah. |

@Miles Dudley Russia's dealings with Crimea are none of the US' business. Russia didn't meddle with Ukraine before the US staged a coup there and got the democratically elected government tossed out. Makes one wonder if the US had anything to do with the recent coup against Erdogan in Turkey?
Regardless, NATO is a Cold War relic that should have gone away when the USSR and the Warsaw Pact went away. As such, now it's simply a military irritant. It's a standing army looking for a fight... |
